A stylish and luxurious home remodel highlighted with a new bedroom/bathroom suite addition, kept a keen eye on the details.  Much of this home was designed and built with the customer’s every idea jumping into reality.  Stunning colors, materials and finishes were utilized throughout.

The highlight of the added second story owners suite including a 13 foot vaulted ceiling bedroom complete with a sitting area with stone fireplace; bathroom with separate water closet and marble neo-angle shower skylight for natural light; from the bathroom you enter into what used to be the smallest bedroom in the house now converted into a spacious walk-in custom closet with dark walnut stained cabinetry and a quartz top changing station. 

This addition was as challenging to build as it was stunning when complete.  It added a second story onto this 1936 home in Toledo. Many complex building techniques were required in this custom renovation to tie in the new to the old.  This was literally building a new home on top of the old one.  No detail was overlooked and included:

• Fiber cement siding matching lines of the old home with the new.
• Relocating the A/C condenser unit to a second story flat roof.
• Complete new electric service upgrade.
• Framing and floor level details with entry to the new space from the existing staircase.

Everything was designed in house by Wesson Builders from the building science to the interior design along with our in house master carpenters, electrician and plumber tradesman.  We develop a relationship with the homeowners and get to know their style, needs and wants in the renovation to bring together this spectacular space. The homeowners repeatedly said “thank you for making our home a dream home.”
