In many cases, yes-- if the structure is basically sound. Even if the garage is leaning or has some rotted wood, we can usually repair the damage.  We straighten old buildings all the time.
   Cosmetic improvements such as vinyl siding and new roofing will make a dramatic change in appearance. A new entry door and overhead door may be called for also. Needless to say, remodeling the existing garage may be considerably less costly than tearing down the old structure and building new.

  If you have a flat roof garage, we can build a gable roof over the existing and eliminate the leakage an older flat roof garage usually develops.
